I have a Table with Title control.  Each row of the table contains a section, with other controls inside the section.  For the sections I have set the size padding and margins all to 0.  For each row in the table I have set the height to auto.

 When I preview the form, However there is just a little space in between the rows of the table.  How can I get the table to display with no space between the rows.

 Check the section borders - turn the borders off (they default to on with blank colour) this might be where you are losing your pixel :-)

Another place I look when things don't behave space-wise is in the paragraph settings of text - look for gap before and gap after values.
