InfoPath cannot create a new, blank form.

pop up error: Form template: file// "server location... then file location" The following DataObject either cannot be created or cannot be initialized: "MS access table" The query cannot run for the following DataObject: "MS access table" InfoPath cannot run specified query InfoPath cannot connect to the data source Provider Cannot be found. It may not be properly installed. The above error happens when users open up a shortcut to an infopath form i created(saved to a network share). The form works for me and some colleagues but when i tested some users they got the error. What is weird i signed onto my test laptop with one of the users windows credentials and it worked fine and then i signed onto her machine with mine which are full admin rights and i got the same message. The form has a couple data connections. The main is an access database that info is submitted to. It then has several secondary sources, one being a web service to my moss box using "GetUserProfileByName" and the otehrs are tables from the primaries access database. The tables are being used for lists in drop downs for choices. The form was created in InfoPath 2007 but compatible with 2003. I am able to enter data on the form and submit it to the database fine along with my coworkers and my test laptop and test user which has basic user rights. When i removed the access tables connections the form would load fine and if i moved the tables to a sharepoint list i would get the same error as above. Any assistance is greatly appreciated and hopefully i supplied enough information. We are using XP sp3 machines with Office 2003 sp3. Ed
