Select/Un-Select All options for Multi-select list box in infopath 2010

Hi All, I have a requirement to select/un-Select All check boxes (items) in the multi-select list box in Infopath 2010. I have tried using Code behind, to select All items using following URL: http://www.bizsupportonline.net/infopath2007/programmatically-select-all-items-multi-select-list-box.htm and i have tried using xPathnavigator.DeleteSelf() and xPathnavigator.ReplaceSelf() options and i didn't get any solutions out of that. Can any one please help me on how to deselect All items in the List on click of button. Thanks in advance.

    Hi there,

Using code or qRules is going to be your best bet here.  What exactly isn't working for you in the link you included in your post?

    Hi Subramanya,

If you could download the free trial version of qRules, inject qRules into a blank form and then paste the form here, I can modify it to show you how to do what you're describing.

I've had a similar requirement before and solved it by creating a Option Button with 2 buttons.  The first one is for 'deselect all', then the other is for 'select all'.

I then set a rule on the first button with "if selected", there is an action of Checkbox1=false(), Checkbox2=false(), etc
On the other button, "if selected" rulse are Checkbox1=true(), etc

If neither is selected, the checkboxes stay untouched.  There is no rule saying that either option button is default or required.

All is done right within IP2010 (and can be done in IP2007).

Thanks applegw. but the check box controls are dynamic and its bound to a sharepoint list.
