Steps to be followed
1)In the Repeating Table Properties dialog box,Click the Customize Commands button.
2)In the Table Commands dialog that appears,Select a command (say Insert Above) in the Actions dropdown.
3)Now select the various locations where u want this "Insert Above" command to appear by ticking/Unticking the check boxes.
Please note that in case of a Repeating Section,
click the modify button(present next to the "Sections that can be inserted").In the Selection properties dialog that appears,u can find the "Customize Commands" button.
