Display formatted Rich text in browser based infopath form 2010

I have a Custom Sharepoint List which has a column of type "Enhanced rich text (Rich text with pictures, tables, and hyperlinks). I have done some formatting to the values like making some text Bold, Font coloring and underlining some text. I have a browser based Infopath 2010 form (Forms Services) which connects to the custom list to display the data in the browser. I want to show the formatted text in the browser based infopath form with the same formatting as it was in the Sharepoint List. I tried using the Rich Text control which shows the Sharepoint list text but with out any formatting. Is there any other way of showing the data with formatting.

    Hi there,

In the InfoPath designer check that the properties of the Rich Text control has Enhanced Rich Text selected and then republish the form.  If that doesn't work, try deleting the control and adding it back into the form again.

Hopefully one of those two options will fix the problem for you.

Yes formatted rich text is supported in the browser.  The methods I described above should apply to browser forms, but may not necessarily work since I'm not 100% sure what the issue is.
