After installing Qdabra Server DBXL Services and opening the default page: http://<servername>/QdabraWebService/default.htm we do not see any forms.  Is there anything obvious that we can check to see if we have not installed the product correctly.  We do not see any license information.

There should be a link to the DBXL Administration Tool on that default page - do you see that? If you open that form, you'll be able to click on the License Configuration button to see if the trial license has installed.

 We do see the DBXL Administration Tool on the default page.  When we click on the License Configuration we do not see a license.  There is no license.  I can send you a screen shot if that is helpful. Thank you for responding.  Jim Maloney

If the DAT opens and you do not see any doctypes nor a license, it is possible that you are not being recognized as a DBXL Admin.

The Getting Started Guide has instructions on updating the permission groups to ensure you are an admin.

The trial license you installed probably expires on 1/15, so Hilary's email to you will be valuable, to extend your trial.
