I have a Sharepoint 2010 approval workflow. When the approvers receive the Tasks email and click Open this task, some are able to open and approve the task from within their outlook email, however clicking open this task does not do anything for other users. and in one case, the user is taken to the acutal task list.
What can we do so that the users are able to open and approve the task from within outlook? without going to the task list? There is no indication that this is a permission issue.
