Hi Folks

I am tryng to manipulation the check box, but having difficulty.  I have a 4 col by 20 row of check boxes.  First of all can I change the tick to a cross in col 3 & 4 if it is checked (not sure if this can be done). If not I would like to change the color of the check box if checked.  When I try a conditional format on the box the options are greyed out.  Does anyone have any advice for me please.

You can't change a check box's colour using conditional formatting.

But if you were REALLY desperate you could put every checkbox inside of a section and make the section background colour conditional formatting.

You can use a single group node/field in your datasource - you don't have to have one for every check box.

When you make the section, set all it's margins, padding and borders to zero. That will give you the closest fit to the checkbox control.

But you know, only if you are desperate. Example attached.
