Works for me, see attached. I had to put the Item Number field on the form as a text box so I could test - but if I add rows and enter the word Other in any of the Item Number fields, the section displays. Is the actual text "Other" with a capital O?

hmm mine is coming from a sharepoint list that feeds the dropdown i am not sure why it is not working

Can you attach a screenshot that shows it not working? Did you preview with the form I attached?

Yes i opened yours and the preview worked fine but in my browser it is not opening the text box I attached a screenshot

So i did see something that is odd, I have "does not contain" and yours has "do not contain" Odd not sure why the difference

Ok I got working in my preview with the same setting as yours but it is not making the change in the browser. It acts like it wants to but never displays the box.

Maybe set the postback to always on the item number dropdown? Right click the dropdown and under the properties, look under the Browser tab. Try changing postback to always and see if that makes a difference.

No change it really acts like it wants to work, it bounces like it wants to show it but it never shows. WEIRD
