InfoPath Dev

I have a user who tries to complete a infopath form and a few things happen.....one of the fields, that has qRules on it, after she enters the data, it tries to initialize, then the data instantly disappears and  get this error. 

 

“A Microsoft Sharepoint Server State Service error occurred while processing your request, contact your server farm administrator.” Correlation ID: 8a826dc-4-8f62-491f-a680-6e2a111e37f4

can someone tell me what this means?  I ask because for some people, it works fine.  But whenever she fills out the form, she get this error.

After spending quite a bit of time on this one, it is determined that it was a permissions issue.   So make sure all permissions are setup for not only the form library that the forms are submitted to, but also the ALL list that maybe used to populate any dropdowns etc.
