How do i add a person/group picker controle to a Database Form Template when creating a new form. 

I have created a form that pulls data from a SQL table.  I go to add the pgp controle and I'm asked to select a field to bind the controle to.  When you create a form from a blank template and add the pgp controle it creates the binding/fields for you.  So what gives?  I have created a group with the same structure as pc:Person but the controle will not bind to it.  I have tried single fields, repeating fields and so on and no luck. 

Does anyone know why this is hapening. And why it only hapens with Database Templates?

 The database templates have a locked schema; you cannot add or remove nodes or groups. Notice that the People Picker creates its own locked schema in the main data source. There's probably a conflict there: you can't add a locked schema into a locked schema. :)
