Every since we upgraded to Sharepoint 2010, I have a few qrules that stop firing..... They work when I preview the form. But when the Central Administrator publishes, they do not work. These are some rules that support have helped me setup. I have published several times , but for whatever reason, after our upgrade, they don't fire anymore. I recently posted about potentially reinjecting..... At a loss especially since they work in preview.
