I am trying to get the persons name who actually clicks the conmplete task button and answers either approve or reject in the drop down choice. Not the person it is assigned to because somethimes a user can approve the form but not actually have the task assigned to him. I tried the modifed field but that seems to alwasy be the system account. I also tried the created by field but that seems to be the form initiator. Is their any other way of doing this?
I have mostly "Collect data from a user task" and a couple of approval tasks. I think I can edit the approval task and get the person who approves / rejects it but how wold you do this with a collect data from a user task? I cant edit that or can I? I need to display these fields on the form along with the modified date. I have the date but i am having trouble getting the display name of the approver.
