This is puzzling to me. When I upload a form (413kb) to Central Admin it sends the CPU to 100%, the OSTimer.exe and W3P.exe task processes are maxed out AND it runs for almost 2 minutes. The system has 6GB of RAM and 4-procs. The form version number is nearing 1000 and I've looked in the Features folder in the 14 hive and I can see every version ever deployed. Has anyone every encountered this before. I need to get this resolved before going live with this form because this is not a sustainable long-term solution.
