    Hi

    I have created an InfoPath form basically just because I need a PDF version of the form that people can fill out manually using a pen.

    I thought I could just try to fill out the form and then before I enter any values, just choose "File" => "Export To" => "PDF or XPS". But this options is greyed out, as you can see at http://www.eliasen.dk/files/NoExportToPDF.png - sadly.

    Why isn't this option available? I have installed this one: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=7 but that doesn't help at all unfortunately.

    Any ideas? What needs to be installed/configured/setup in order for me to export as PDF? Using InfoPath 2007 btw.

    Make sure the checkbox labeled "Export to PDF or XPS" is check.

    It is located in Tools-> Form Options
