    Sporadic Access Denied Error

Hello, I have few infopath forms published on sharepoint. A launching form has options to navigate to 6 other forms. We have created different groups and have added each user to those groups. All groups have full control to sharepoint & all the forms libraries. Forms digitally signed and published with full trust. Forms has C# code for querying the sharepoint form library to retrieve records for search criteria provided on form. But sometimes launching other forms from switchboard gives Access denied error (Some rules not defined - Saying Infopath cannot create blank and new form - xxx.template.xsn access is denied) Users have been provided full control on complete sharepoint as well as on that form and formtemplates on that sharepoint. This happens only sporadically, only on some systems and only to some users. We tried clearing the form cache (Infopath \Cache Clearall) + Browser cache clear, it works sometimes but not always. This work sometimes and problem reappers. I am not able to figures what's wrong and its really frustrating :( Please help. Truly appreciate your guidance/pointers. Thanks!!

The cache is a common issue and it's good to see you tried that. You don't have to run the command line, though. You can just launch InfoPAth from start and remove the form in question there.

The other common issue with C# coded forms is trust. For domain trust forms with code make sure that all users have the ShP site added to their Local Intranet sites (IE->Tools->Security->... etc). For full trust forms, you need to make sure that the digital certificate is correctly configured and that it has been correctly installed by the clients. Certificate Authority should do this automatically for computers joined to the domain, but if the computers aren't joined to the domain, it may require special steps to trust the certificate.
