I want to try and explain this with out an example as I would have to throw it together quick, but Im hoping I can explain it enough to not provide an example form.
What I have is a field on the form that gathers the current user's email address though the GetCommonUser Data connection on form load (field = currentUser)
Then I have a sharepoint list that has a list of users that has their email addresses. This list is connected to a second field on the form. Depending on what a user selects on the form, this field is filled in with the user(s) email address and is seperated by ",". (There could be one email address add in this field or a max of 3 email addresses.)
The problem is that since only one person can open the form and have their email address added to the first field, there is no easy way to check and validate that they are part of the second box. The reason this is needed is to open certain fields to users of the second field and only to them. Dont want anyone else being able to edit the fields.
Please let me know if need more or an example and can provide. Thank you in advance.
