    Insufficient Security Privilege

A small subset of users are reporting the following error when opening an InfoPath form deployed on a local intranet SharePoint forms portal:

    "Insufficient Security Privilege
This form cannot be opened because it requests domain security level and is only allowed restricted security level. Contact the form author to resolve the issue."

The vast majority of users (99.9%+) can open and use the form without issue.

As I understand things, the form should be opened with Local Intranet security settings because the form uses a URN and is deployed on a local intranet server. These settings should be sufficient for the form to run managed code and gain Domain security level access. All client PCs run an SOE and most, including those of the users reporting errors, are managed so that users have no administration privileges.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to why only a few users are having a problem?

Just in case anyone else is effected by this problem, I can offer a solution that I received from the kind people at Microsoft:

Delete the temporary internet files of the effected user.

    This works. :)
