You cannot directly access IP controls from code, regardless of the language. What you're describing isn't possible.
I expose my problem...
I have two rich text box with height property set to "auto". When I edit the text inside one of these and the height increase I would automaticaly increase the height of other control.
Is this possible?

May I ask why you are trying to do this?
The customer has asked to make this change, I have no idea of the specific motivations.
Well, like Jimmy said, no control access in the code behind. I would probably go back to the customer and see if I could understand his/her problem space so as to find a solution that works within the bounds of the product.
