I have developed an InfoPath 2007 form with custom code behind the form. I add a reference to an existing project I have created which handles some extra functionality for my form when I submit it. This project references OWSSUPP.dll (to create a word doc the SharePoint way). After adding this reference I sign the form with a certificate and build the form. When I run it and it gets to the point where it runs the code in the referenced project I keep getting this error: Could not load file or assembly 'Interop.OWSSUPP.dll .........' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
The funny thing is that when I add the project reference I see both the project dll and OWSSUPP.dll embedded in the form (OWSSUPP.dll has copy local set to true in the referenced project). As soon as I sign the form with a certificate and build it OWSSUPP.dll disappears and I get the error. If I manually add OWSSUPP.dll the form errors as it adds the .dll twice in the manifest. Anyone know why it could be disappearing and how to fix it? I've been searching for a solution for a while and haven't had any luck.
