Browser Based Form No Longer Browser Based after Republishing

Interesting situation.  My browser based form was working in the browser just minutes before I did the following:

    1.  I had a copy of the template locally that I use to update and republish the form.  But before I did that, I did a right-click and saved the target template.xsn from the SharePoint server locally as a backup.

    2.  I updated my copy of the form template and republished.  During this update, I added a couple of SharePoint list lookup data connections.  This seemed to make the form no longer browser compatible.  I got this error:

The following data connections contain queries with parameters:

    3.  I abandoned the update (since we need this form complete this week) and republished the template.xsn file that I had saved earlier from the server as the backup.  I got the same error with the old template that did not have the new data connections.  It is no longer web based.

    Ideas?

    I've attached the template.xsn

I reopened the modifed form (with the 2 new data connections) and republished.  I now get the error that says that the form must be filled out in the Filler, however the design checker shows no errors.  I've attached the modified form to this post.

I don't think Design Checker would show an error on on the form needing to be illed out in the Filler.  Are you getting an error about managed code?
