    configuration system failed to initialize error

    I get "configuration system failed to initialize" erro when I right-click on control, choose Programming/Changed event or try to code any kind of event for as control. my InfoPath was just installed, I tried to re-install infopath, reinstall FrameWork 3.5.1, nothing helps. Does anyone know how to fix it? I'm using Windows XP, Office 2007, InfoPath 2007, Internet Explorer 7.

    I would go to Control Panel and click on Office 2007 and Change and select InfoPath and drill down on .NET Programmability and select the options to run locally.

    Thank you for repling. I tried your suggestion, but with no success. I'm still getting the same error.
