I have a form that I created in InfoPath 2010 and the form is to be sent to the end users email at 4am every Monday. How do I do this? Is this possible? When the end user receives the email, they select the 'Submit' button from the form which updates a SharePoint List or is forwarded to another employee or HR if the 'Submit' button on the email is not selected by a certain time. Right now, I just want to know how can I kick off an email using InfoPath or can I?
I'm thinking I may have to create a workflow using SharePoint Designer, can I have the designer begin the workflow automatically to submit the emails to the users?
I have tried creating workflows via Visio and SharePoint Designer, but am getting lost....
