Workflow - E-Mail a certain person dependant on dropdown option

    Hi All,

I have a workflow that we use for holiday requests and it works well with only one person on the workflow. The workflow emails the approving manager letting them know a new holiday request has been submitted. Once approved it emails the user back, adds the holiday to a calender and subtracts one or multiple days from their holiday allowance.

The problem arises when i try to add more than one approving manager, i add them in the same way as the first (that worked ok when alone) and the new additions receive an email as they should, but then the workflow stops. No calender events are created, it does not subtract the holidays from the allowance and no return email is received telling the user if the request was accepted or rejected.

Here is a picture of the workflow so that might make a bit more sense:

Thank You in advance for anyone that can help.

     Regards

    Gavin

Question, you say the manager's email is coming from the request form right?  If that's the case, can't you just create a single email and set the to: field to a workflow look up, then pick the field where the manager's email address is stored?
