We have a pretty horrible problem here with a Sharepoint Library that suddenly became inaccessible by the rank and file employees.
There are about 800 filled Infopath Forms in this library. There are 4 separate Infopath Templates that were designed by someone that is no longer here and have some kind of really weird database connections in them. The data in the actual saved forms, however, has not been saved to any DB and most of the fields were not promoted to sharepoint.
Everything still works for me - as I have some kind of Super Super Administrator permissions that were set up by someone who is no longer with us - and that I don't even understand!! I mean, it is like I can do anything!!
So the form basically works and the library works, but no one can get to it but me? No one here can seem to figure out how to repair the problem, so it looks like the only solution would be to maybe recreate the forms and the library.
Is there any way to extract the data from these forms after the fact? Maybe we could start all over or something...
