forms for users who have their internet text size set as large

    Hi There

I have developed a form for use at work with multiple users and their laptops. Because of another application frequestly used one user needs to have the internet explorer text size set as large rather than medium which affects how the form looks when printing out.

I have already resigned myself to creating a seperate form just for that user but wasted to know if there is a quick formula to set the text size for when it prints i.e. if IE text size = large font 10 prints as font 12 - although in my experience it varies.....

    hope that makes sense

    Hi Catkins,

Unfortunately, there's no way around this. Printing is one of the most vexing issues with InfoPath forms and large fonts throw everything off. Best to create a form that will look ok with large fonts and have everyone just use that, but most people won't develop forms that way.

    Sorry!
