Qrules Mapping Tool not finding URL.

    Qrules Mapping Tool not finding URL.

    No matter what Sharepoint server I try to contact (I have a couple of different SharePoint servers to test on), Qrules Mapping Tool will not connect.  When I enter a URL in the Target SharePoint Site URL field, I get an error "Could Not Connect to the specified site URL. 

    All servers are online.  I can connect to them by URL, no problem. 

    Any suggestions?
