what are new features in infopath 2010?? for code and interface,,now i have not installed 2010 version and want to find out..

ps: first difference that i see is animated button :) thanks.

There are also changes in SharePoint 2010 (if you use SharePoint) that affect InfoPath 2010.  Overall a fantastic upgrade!
