Hi guys: We recently purchased your electronic signature template part. Followed the nicely written instructions and works fantastically! I'm now following this guide to use multiple signatures for a form. However what I'm experiencing is a blank picture control where the signature would go, after I type in my PIN and "Sign this document". Our company is using Infopath 2010, not sure if the process would need some alterations? Seems pretty straightforward, am I missing something? Thanks in advance!

Sounds great. I called the number on your support page and pressed option 3 for support but only got voicemail, no hold option. I left a contact number in the voicemail. Much appreciated Nick
