I've created a repeating section, contained 3 controls. The first control is dprop-down with values: Yes and No. I've copied the repeating section to other place in the same view, so I have 2 controls - rep.sections, working with 1 field. In the second rep.section I've crerated one simple section, and put to the simple section a rule (the rule is: Hide section when the answer is Yes). When I start the form (F5) I see two section - when I add a row to the section 1, automaticaly section 2 add row and it is Ok, but the rule doesn't work for the 2, 3, ... row - the rule works only for the first row. If anyone has any suggestion about this probleme?

For your rules/formulas, you might want to consider using the current() formula. If you're using an xpath it might be pulling the first value in the repeating node, and thus the behavior you're seeing.
