    Click Event Handler

How do I get to the click event handler to create custom scripting?

    Hi,

Right-click on your button, and click on "Edit Form Code...".

I'd like to add code for a check box (to use the control to show an otherwise hidden section) - is there a simple way to get to the event handler for controls other than buttons?

Yes, in the Data Source in your Taskpane, select the field associated with your checkbox and right-click / go to properties. Validation and Event Handlers Tab.

However, to do what you are trying to do, you should look into conditional formatting, not scripting.

    Hope that it helps.
