Content Type Form opens in Browser, but not what I want

I have a form,   that lives in 12 libraries.    It is attached to the libraries by content type.     Only a few of the Libraries are set to "Display as Web Page"  the rest remain set to "open in client application".

Today I noticed that my one of the users gets a browser form when she opens a new form.   Her Library is set to "open in client application"

What would cause this to happen?   She is on Windows 7,    using  Infopath 2007.     The template is published as browser enabled.       In addition,  when she tried to fill in some of the rich text fields,   she cannot.  It wont take input,   and then crashes.

This form is in popular use in all of the Libraries,  and no one else has experienced this.

I would first investigate whether this is a machine issue, since no one else has experienced this. That is, have that user sign in and open the form on another machine. If the issues do not occur, then you'll know it's an issue with that user's machine. Let us know how your investigation goes. Good luck.
