We plan to have several Infopath Forms on Sharepoint and only certain users in the office who have access to Sharepoint use it.
We need to have a way to do the following
1) Every time a form is completed we plan to send an email to clients outside the SharePoint site which includes a link to a certain web-page that asks them their user name and password. Once they enter their user name and password, the web-page should query by the user name and display information about this user records for example , shows hypelinks to 3 products the clients bought from us. When they click on each of the hyperlink , it should generate a report which says which of the several forms required for processing of each product have been completed or which stage is the processing of ther order currently at.
How can I achieve the above? Please give some direction. As this is urgent. Can a webservice do this. If yes, in what platform or tools can be used. What are the server requirements etc?
