InfoPath Dev

I've seen this question posted elsewhere but haven't found a definitive answer yet.

I have an InfoPath 2007 form that I do not want to use code behind on.

 I have the need for a section that can be added to dynamically but each elemtn will need to be signed digitally.

I would like to add a repeating section to accomplish this but my first attempts resulted in the entire section being signed.

Can the repeating section be used to accomplish this or is another method required?

Try adding a non-repeating group node under the repeating group node and attaching the signature to that.
