Removing namespace prefix in InfoPath 2003

Hello All, I'm having a problem with the namespace prefix that is assigned as default in InfoPath 2003. When designing a form template in infopath, the default namespace prefix is set to “my:”. Because of this, all of the fields in my output XML file contain the prefix “my:” in front of every field. I am trying to remove the default prefix altogether so that my output fields will appear without “my:” in front of them (so that another program I use can recognize the fields). Is there any way to do this? I’ve tried following a couple of posts that have appeared online, but have not succeeded yet. I am using InfoPath 2003 on designing this form template. Let me know if you need any further information, and hopefully someone can help me! Thanks, J. Aziz

Have you seen this blog post by Greg Collins? It sounds as if as long as you created your form off a schema without a namespace and didn't provide a target or default namespace you may be able to do this...

I've read the blog post, and I did create my form off of a schema without a namespace defined. How do you prevent from providing a target or default namespace in InfoPath when designing the form template? This seems to be the only part of the problem that I've missed.
