I'm in trial with qrules 2.2, the main aim that i want achieve is that through a form published in my sharepoint form librarys i can populate this with repeating table or section.

If i understand well qrule permit this operation

Also it can be possible to publish the form or submit data to fomm library the fields of the repeating table and other fields present  in the form  that aren't in the repeating table?

For your first question, you can use copy table to copy information from a secondary data source into your main data souce.

For your second question: Yes, you can submit data to a form library with some fields in the repeating table, and some other fields in the non-repeating table - you've to manually type in the xpath to the higher level field in the InfoPath to SharePoint List tool (or in the mapping.xml)
