InfoPath Dev

Hello,
I'm trying to publish an infopath form for users to use on Outlook.
I was wondering if there is a way to set it up, where when a user chooses the department they work in, for the Send To option to automatically choose the manager it should go to?

For example, I fill out a timesheet form, I choose Engineering as my department, i then want the To option on Outlook to automatically go to the department manager, is this possible?

1. Add a manager field, and use it in the 'To' field.
2. When a user selects a department, automatically update the manager field with the department manager (you need to do some lookup for this).
