Installation digital signature component for all users

Hi, I have problem with digital signature installation. From administrator account everything goes ok. Next I log to system as normal user, open form in form library, click link 'Sign this section' and click two popup windows to run DSigCtrl.dll and DSigRes.dll. From this moment, after clicking sign link, I can see only window with message to activate two ActiveX compoments and click toolbar button (but there is no button). Addres field contains: res://C:/WINDOWS/Downloaded%20Program%20Files/DSigRes.dll/activate.htm'

In menu Tools -> Manage add-ons this two components are not visible when working on normal user account (all components selected), only under administrator account visible:

    1) Issuer: (Not verified) Microsoft Corporation
        Name: DigitalSignatures Control Class
        Version: 12.0.6415.1000

     2) Name: DigitalSignatures Resources Control Class
         Issuer: Microsoft Corporation
         Version: 12.0.6413.1000

Operating system is Windows 7 and IE 8. I have searched for any similar problems on this forum but without effect. ;(

     regards Jarecki

    Hi Jarecki,

Thanks for searching. It seems like you are trying to use digital signatures with InfoPath 2007 in the browser.

You may have to right click to enable the activeX first or change IE's default security settings to allow for ActiveX components.

Sorry I can't be of much more assistance. We recommend Electronic Signatures as an alternative to Digital Signatures because they do not require ActiveX controls (and so can be used with Safari, etc.). Check out Mel's blog post: http://www.infopathdev.com/blogs/mel_balsamo/archive/2009/03/03/electronic-signature-template-part.aspx

Thank you for your reply Patrick. Yes, I'm using Infopath 2007 in browser. All security settings in admin/client browser are set to allow ActiveX.  As administrator I install and run ActiveX without any problem, but normal users who fill forms can't run them. These two components are simply not visible in add-ons window.

I have found solution. In IE 8 (Tools -> Manage Add-ons -> Show -> Downloaded controls) both component were turned off. All to do is to click 'Enable' button. Default security settings in IE were correct ;).
