    Repeating table summing

I have made an expense report and at the end I want the sum per expense item in a new reapeating table. The categories that can be choose is from a secondary source.

In the summarizing table I want first the GL account, than the category and total per  item. I also want that the expense type is hidden when it is not used before. I can't find the exact formula. Can someone please help me with it? I have attached a template.

See attached. However, in InfoPath 2010, I don't see an option to add a filter to the repeating table that is connected to the secondary data source....

Edit: Of course, it is under Manage Rules. I'm still adapting to the UI changes!

Thanks this helped me already for the first expense report.

In another one I need in the summarizing table again first the GL account, than the category , after that the Vat rate and then I want a total per  item per VATrate.I have attached a template. You will see in the formula I have used I get the total per VATrate, but this is coming with every expense item again of that VATrate. I don't know how to fix it. It is infopath 2003 version

I also want that the expense type lines are hidden when they are not used. I hope you can help me with it.
