InfoPath Dev

I have created a form library and upload a template to the library. I modified the template and publish it to the library again without any problem. I check the template version by edit the template in "Form Library Advanced Settings" which is the newest version. However, I click the "New Document", it opens the old version template. I have tried republish the new template couple times and tried to create new document in different pcs with no different. Anyone know what is my problem. Many thanks.

The character code for 10013 is Latin Cross. 10013 is not prime and has a factorization of 17 x 19 x 31. Why did you choose this username?
