I have a drop down list that uses a secondary data connection (SQL DB) to provide "customer names" for my infopath form user. If they select a simple name like "AAA Signs" the form submits to SPList with no error. If they select a customer name with the character "&" in the name (i.e. "Father & Son Plumbing") it throughs this error.

 What could this be? Have I configured something wrong?

I'm also getting this error with qRules 2.1, has it been fixed in a later version?
