    Revealing a SharePoint Doc Library item URl in infoPath

    The Problem I currently have a Document library with multiple Document types in it (xlsx, pptx, docx, txt etc). I also have an infoPath form I want to pull Doc Library item information into using a Data connection. I have been Googling for a while now and can find no clear way to do this. I am thinking the best solution is to get a Web Service written in which I can query and obtain the Absolute URL. The Required Solution Is there any other /better way to do this. Why doesn't SharePoint expose the URL to InfoPath so I can show an active link in InfoPath. Any help appreciated. Kudos to the resolution Solver. Thanks Durbs

    what exactly do you want, if you just want the name and related stuff, you can create a data connection to the doc library.

    tools -> data connections -> recieve ...

    Please let us know what exactly do you want
