Enter some text into a Rich Text Box. Tab to another field. Go back and delete the Text. The length of the textbox will be 1. There is a character left in the Rich Text. It is represented by the decimal 160. This cause problems on validation since the RichText still has data. This does not happen Client-Side in the Preview Mode.
