Do you have any suggestions on how I can use a repeating table to do two things, 1) at one time push the whole list to a sharepoint list, 2) modify the same list, and 3) do it without code.  I am using a caml template and a Web Service and also wondered if part of my questions may be answered via a Data Conversion process.

well without code i would say no.. might be you can use Qrules.. May be somebody with enough knowledge on Qrules can guide your
