Hi All,

I have tried and tried, and cannot figure this out - I have picture controls in a form and when a picture is attached and submitted, it almost doubles in size.  This is a big problem as people may start adding pictures that are 3 meg or more.  I don't want them to add pictures that big, but have to plan for it.  Does anybody know why the image size would almost double?

i am not sure what do you mean by picture size doubling. do you mean the size of the control increases.

you can assign fixed size (height and width) to the contol. To do so right click and go to properties of the control, then click the size tab and set the size explicitly

I was having the same problem, but got it fixed with what Anis has described.

Thanks for your help, but I didn't describe my problem very well.  This is what is happening:  the user adds a pictures (using a picture control, not file attachment) and lets say the picture is 3 meg. When it is submitted, it shows up in the Outlook inbox as 6 meg.  But the picture display perfectly - no problem with that.  Any Ideas?
