Hi,

 I've a scenario where I need to disable users from adding and deleting sections into/from repeating section based on data available on the form. Is it possible to achieve it using rules? If we have to do it using code behind, how can that be done?

I figured I can use conditional formatting and disable the "allow users to insert and delete sections"
