Hi,
I am trying to build a custom task form to be used with sharepoint sequential workflow.
My Workflow.xml is as follow;

My Feature.xml file :
When I deploy the workflow, and create a new item, the task is not being created. If i use the default task, it does show up. When I try to integrate the Infopath form, the task doesn't appear in the Sharepoint "Tasks" list. I would appreciate if someone could suggest a solution to my problem.
