Infopath forms published to MOSS 2007 (administrator approved form template)

I have created a form which contains code to retreive user information from Active Directory. When I run the code from Infopath 2007 it is working fine. Also publish the form to Sharepoint 2007 server . Published with following

     -  "Enable this form to be filled out by Web browser"

    -   Adminsirator Apporved form tempate.

After apublish, I have activated this form from Shareporint Cental Adminsiration.

However, when I run this form from Sharepoint, I am getting following error... Looks like some permission issues to retireve the informationf from Active Directory. Is there any changes needed in web.config  file as well in the Site directoy security. At the moment in site directory security, only "windows integrated authenticaion" has been selected. eveything else is "not selected".

Kinldy help... below is the error message I am getting...

My objective of this form is to extract user information from Active Directory to a "form".
