4 individual forms in one InfoPath form - How to...

I have 4 individual forms that I would like to have in one InfoPath form. One of the forms has validation which causes errors for the other 3 when a user tries to submit the one they are using.

I have read thru all the forums and I still cannot figure out how to get this done.

I am very, very new to InfoPath so if possible very detailed instructions would be greatly appreciated.

Do all of your forms use the same schema? That is, if you look in the data source task pane for each of your 4 forms when they are in design mode, do the Main data sources look the same?

They all have the same basic info, meaning First Name, Last Name, etc but each form is for ordering different things. For example one is an account setup, one will be a mobile device order, computer order, etc.

I also want to connect them to a database to auto-fill the basic info when the user puts in there id and clicks on the Get Info button. I got that part figured out.

It would have been so much easier if I could figure out also how to base it on a database, so the query is built but be able to add additional fields for the other information that will be required in each individual form.

If you already have 4 forms, and have created XML files from them, and you want to be able to open your old XML files with the new form, you may have a lot of challenges if the schemas are different. If, on the other hand, you haven't created these 4 separate forms yet, you still working on your initial design ideas, you can leverage things like conditional formatting and views to use a single for for different types of purposes.
