I saw another post from way back in 2006 about this, but they didn't receive an answer:

When my users click the submit button it will send the document to my SharePoint page, however, the documents will not show up in the normal view or the "all documents" view. They will ONLY show up in the explorer view, this is becoming a problem since it takes so long to load, looks tacky, and makes searching for forms a general pain. What I want it to do is, when they click the submit button, it should show up on SharePoint in the document library as a link, one right under the other, when you click that link it should ask you to open or save. from there you can look at the form they just submitted. The other forum poster that asked this same question didn't get an answer, hopefully I can get this cleared up with out too much hassle.

It's very odd that the document won't show up in the library.  Do you have some filter condition on the default all documents view that might be preventing it from showing up?  If the document is showing up in Explorer view it is in the library so it should show in a view unless there is some issue with filters on that view that keep it from showing.

I do not have any filters turned on. I had our sharepoint experts here in the office take a look and their answer was to just use explorer view. That won't work. They will not show up in any document librarys or any form librarys. Very frustrating.

What version of SharePoint are you using?

can you attach the list template, obviously the problem seems to be with the library not with the document.

We are using SharePoint version 2003 and InfoPath 2003- Unfortunately I cannot attach any documents, this whole process is taking place on a different network.
The library is about 13 pages down from the main SharePoint site, our SharePoint person here thinks it may be causing problems.

take the document list template, and resurrect it onto a higher level to see if that makes some difference, i dont think that should be of any concern
